ENO HangTough® Guarantee

We take pride in and trust the products that we make. Our HangTough® Guarantee warrants all ENO products to be in good condition upon receipt, free from defects in materials and workmanship, and protected against normal use for a period of 2-years from the original date of purchase.

To submit a warranty or repair claim, please complete the form below, and our warranty team will be in touch within 2-3 business days. Please do not send product back prior to receiving a warranty authorization.

PLEASE NOTE our HangTough® Guarantee does not cover:

  • UV damage (i.e. discoloration, brittleness, etc.)

  • Elemental and/or accidental damage (wind, burns, animal bites)

  • Improper care or use (hanging over 18", jumping, swinging, etc.)

  • Normal wear and tear (after 2 years from original purchase date)

  • After-market design modifications

  • Lost and/or stolen product

  • Products purchased through our sale section, 3rd party marketplaces, or closeout retailers

Repairs

As part of our HangTough® Guarantee, ENO is proud to offer product repairs when possible, and no proof of purchase is necessary. If your product is not repairable, we will evaluate the product for possible replacement. Common repairs include rope replacement, knot re-ties and cord lock replacement. Shipping charges may apply.

Please note, ENO is unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products purchased through our sale section, or from unauthorized retailers, 3rd party marketplaces (i.e. eBay, Craigslist), and closeout retailers (i.e. Sierra Trading Post, REI Garage Sale).
